Is MyNaijaGuide free to use?
Yes! Browsing businesses and writing reviews is completely free. Business owners can also claim their listing for free. We offer optional paid plans with advanced analytics and tools.
Reviews
How do I write a review?
Find the business you want to review, click "Write a Review," fill out the form with your rating and experience, and submit. You'll need an account to publish your review.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes. Go to your profile, find the review, and click edit or delete. Edited reviews may go through moderation again.
Are reviews verified?
Reviews from users who have completed identity verification display a "Verified" badge. All reviews are monitored for authenticity regardless of verification status.
